Thanks for the info, as for Progressive they are like any other insurance company as long as you do not have a claim. My son has been in the auto body industry for about 20 years and has experience with most of them. His take is Progressive is a PIA to work with and most often will not authorize the use of "factory" replacement parts for repairs.

I have used State Farm for ever and have not had any issues, the son says they are the best to work with when repairs are needed. I lean toward no hassle. I would however drop State Farm in a heart beat if they sucked up to the commie left.
