One "small area of swelling" eh? When you go back, you tell him that's normal for you; just a low-grade infection that injects the vinegar into your urine and accounts for your 24/7 sunny personality for all these years.

As to the Martini, I believe I might have one with you just to celebrate, and I haven't had a Martini in 30 years or more. Great news Bob.
