Boys, I have not had a single response. Is this because I mentioned Capt. Holloway? Or because you think I am hunting medals? For the record.. I got 13 Air medals.. (Not bad for an MO) I received the Bronze star on the second tour for leading the secondary reaction force against several ground attacks on the base. (I told you I was Infantry before I went to flight school.) I got the meritorious service medal, (One of the few in those days for Warrant officers) for 7 years of test flying at Bell Helicopters.. I got a commendation medal for being a good MO.. I am NOT looking for glory.I have my medals. I am looking to see that John Moberly gets some recognition for an act that won a medal of honor for an airforce guy and the XO told me He was going to give John the DFC, the gunner and crew chief an airmedal with V.. and me an Arcom. I told him he could shove my medal up his ass.Not another word was said and for years John blamed me for the loss of his medal. I was not interested.. you may forget I don't. I'd appreciate some help.
