They are arming drones to fight other types of aircraft. The hardware can withstand higher G loads than any pilot can withstand and they can turn inside of any aircraft with a human pilot. The helicopters on the other hand, should have to have a pilot because of the requirements to have a capability of instant reaction to outside actions. But that don't mean that the "Thinkers" are going to let that happen. Only time will tell what will happen. The "Thinkers" have already forgotten all of the lessons that we learned in Vietnam and they think that it will be safer for humans if we let computers do our fighting. They just don't seem to learn from history. Machines will make things easier, or more accurate but without the boots on the ground and the pilots in the air what will happen to our fighters?
